Missing Email Addresses Message Box

This message box displays when you attempt to email multiple submitters and several users (you and/or the project owner and/or submitters) are missing an email address in EPM Security Administrator.

Touchstone displays this message box when you click the email icon in one of the following locations:
  • Projects hub > Access Control tab > Submitter List grid header
  • Projects hub > Access Control tab > Submitter List grid row email icon
  • Projects hub > Snapshot tab > "Email Submitters" link in the Submitter Email column
  • Submittals hub > "Email Submitters" link in the Submitter Email column

When there is only one user without an email address, Touchstone displays the Email Address Missing message box which is similar to this message box but includes less fields.

Buttons

  • Notify the Administrator: Click to display a pre-populated email message that includes a list of the users who are missing email addresses. The To field is populated with the email address listed in the Default Sender Email field on the Communications tab in Settings > General.

    After you send the email, Touchstone displays a pre-populated email to the rest of the submitters who have email addresses. You can edit both email messages as needed.

  • Email the remaining users: Click to email the submitters who have email addresses without notifying the Administrator about the users with missing email addresses.
